I reserve the right to decline a commission request at my discretion.

I can draw most characters -- original characters & fanart are fine with me!

I will not draw NSFW, Excessive Gore, Mecha, or Offensive/Discriminatory subjects.

Commissioned artwork will be digital only. All commissions will be provided a version with a transparent background and another version with a free, plain color background of your choice.

All commissions will be delivered at 300 DPI and in .PNG format unless requested otherwise

Portrait & Full Body commissions will default to A4 size unless requested otherwise (ex. a square ratio for a portrait icon)

If you would like to print your commission for yourself or as a gift, please let me know. I can send you a print-ready file as part of the final deliverable!

The artwork will be drawn in my style. Do not request me to imitate another artist’s style.

Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork, or any of my artwork for NFTs/AI image generation projects.

I reserve the right to all my artwork and may use the art as a part of my commission portfolio in the future.

Payments are in $USD via Paypal invoices only .

All commission rates are starting prices. Certain styles & add-ons that increase a commission's complexity will incur additional charges.

Commissions under $100 must be paid 100% upfront.

Commissions over $100 can be paid 50% upfront, then 50% upon completion. WIPs/Progress images will be lower quality until the full price is completely paid. When I receive the final payment, I will send the higher-resolution files.

Refunds are available. However, the further I am in the commission process, the less I will refund you. For example, an early refund before the sketch phase will be a full refund. If you request a refund during the lineart or coloring phase, I will only refund you 50% of the total commission. If you request a refund during the rendering phase or later, I will not refund you.

The average turnaround time can vary between 1 week to 2 months depending on the type and complexity of your commission.

If this commission has a time-sensitive deadline (ex. birthday, gift, anniversary, etc.), please let me know in the commission form. I will do my best to prioritize your commission, but I will not do any rush jobs.

For any unforeseen circumstances that might delay the commission, I will email you with the estimated time I will be able to continue and finish the artwork.

Updates will be done via Email and Trello . I will only do Discord/Twitter DM correspondence with clients I already know. No hard feelings - I would prefer to try to maintain professionalism & a healthy work-life balance as much as possible.

Clients may ask for updates at any given time. However, please be respectful — if it is too frequent and/or in a disrespectful manner, I will cancel your commission with no refund.

Trello cards will be labeled under the commissioner's name/username as filled in on the commission form.

After receiving payment, I will begin working on a sketch. Up to two major revisions during this stage are free. Major revisions include changing the overall composition or a character pose. Minor changes can also be made during this stage without incurring additional fees.

Once a sketch is complete, it will be sent via email for revision and approval.

Once approved, I’ll begin working on details and lineart. 2 minor changes will be permitted without fees, but all further requests for edits and revisions that stray away from the original sketch will incur a fee at my discretion.

I will revise without charge if I make a mistake such as missing details or using an incorrect color.

I will always do my best to be accommodating about initial edits, so please don’t feel shy about requesting major changes, especially at the early sketching stage. I want you to love your final commission, so feel free to speak up if I am not portraying something correctly.

If you haven’t been chosen for the current batch of commissions and you’ve opted in for the waitlist in the order form, I will put you on the waitlist. I will notify you via email that you’ve been placed on the waitlist as well.

There may be a gap between commission batches, so you will stay on the waitlist until I open another commission slot. Before starting, I will contact waitlisted clients to check if they’re still interested in proceeding with a commission.

Waitlisted clients will be informed via email if there are any changes to my Terms of Service before my next batch of commissions.
